If you send us your name in your email, we'll use it to caption your photo. If your photo is of other people and you send us their names, make sure that's OK with them. If you don't want your name to appear, just leave it off your email or tell us you'd prefer to be anonymous.
If your photo includes children, please make sure you have permission to send us the photo and the children have given their consent to appear on the site. Protecting the safety of children is of utmost importance to us - see our Children and Young People Policy for more info.
In contributing to The Dairy Council's www.smilefordairy.com, you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media. You still own the copyright to everything you contribute to www.smilefordairy.com. This means you're free to take what you have produced and publish it somewhere else.
If your photo is accepted, we'll endeavour to publish your name alongside it on www.smilefordairy.com if you've provided it and unless you specify you don't want it published. The Dairy Council cannot guarantee that all photos will be published. Inappropriate and offensive material will not be published.
If you send us a photo by email, we will not use your email address for spam or direct marketing and we will not sell it or distribute it to any third parties. The only use we may make of your email address is if we need to contact you about your photo.
